The technician was polite, punctual, and returned to reassess the issue when the initial repair did not solve the problem. However, I paid for sealing work and purchased materials based on his recommendation, but the shower cabin is still leaking. During the follow-up visit, he concluded that the root cause was related to the original installation and the cabin alignment. I am disappointed that this was not identified during the initial assessment, as it could have saved time and money. While I appreciate his efforts, the problem remains unresolved.

Pan Sezai ma inżynierskie zacięcie i jest kreatywny. Bardzo zaanagażowany. Nie zraża się trudnościami polszczyzny. Dobra robota, uczciwość i porządek.

Miła i sprawna usluga.
